Onboarding Expectations

Once you begin the integration process, We'll be here to help you every step of the way. Together we'll work on the following items:

Step 1.

Reach will dedicate an account manager, sales engineer, and developer to guide you through the integration.

Step 2.

Determine the scope, different phases, and timeline for the integration

Step 3.

Provide a Reach Integration accreditation document that outlines the technical milestones that need to be achieved in order to Go-Live

Step 4.

Setup a regular cadence call to help development move smoothly & invite your dev team to our Slack support channel for real-time support

Step 5.

Integration begins!

Step 6.

Final review and testing is done with your team & the Reach team to make sure the site is ready to Go-Live

Step 7.

Go-Live!
